"The doctor ordered them to take off their clothes, including their underwear. It was not necessary for them to totally strip naked but at the insistence of Father Rembert, the doctor agreed more out of concern to finish the job during the short period of time he was given to inspect every naked teenage boy than for any compelling medical reasons. Besides, he considered it a waste of time to argue a minor point with the priest who looked as eager as Father Rembert to gape at the seminarians in their nakedness.
