Praise from fellow artists

Picture
José María Alonso Alonso de Linaje, visual artist and author:

Free translation:
Gonzalo handles color in a personal way. Through color, he creates and recreates different planes, corners, figures, and volumes with life.

It is a calm, quiet, peaceful painting where the viewer feels good.

Through the geometric lines that mark the color, he can form different objects, which gives life, blending them to create a harmonious whole.

Sometimes, the color intentionally blurs the viewer from contemplating and penetrating better inside. In others, he uses color contrast to create new environments.

Louella Centina Garnado, visual artist and illustrator:

Gonzalo Jáuregui manifests his artistic genius in the tonal value of his paintings. The exquisite sense of rhythm pervasive in all his works underscores his drive for perfection. He does not rebel merely to supplant the golden age of the past. In his rebellion, he strengthens the present as a solid foundation for the future.
